How switching works
We start by reviewing your users, numbers, working locations and calling requirements. We then confirm the right package and whether an engineering visit is needed. Number porting is free, and a typical switch-over takes 24–48 hours once the required information and arrangements are in place.
Keep your existing telephone service active until we confirm the number port. We will need accurate account and address details to plan the move.
Corporate and multi-site projects can include project management, site surveys, phased roll-out, testing, training and account management. Planning covers users, sites, number ranges, network readiness, business continuity and internal communications.

Broadgate Voice has supplied business telephony since 2016 and supports over 2,000 UK business customers. We provide cloud phone systems, small-business VoIP, SIP trunks and Microsoft Teams calling, and we have a strategic partnership with BT Wholesale. Support: first-line support Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:00 UK time, and second-line support 24 hours a day through our online ticket system.
Data protection: Broadgate Voice complies with UK GDPR and call-recording regulations.
Trying the service: a 30-day trial is available by agreement. For corporate customers who want reassurance before committing, a 90-day cancellation option can be agreed on an initial limited deployment; terms are agreed in writing and subject to our terms of engagement.

Yes. Number porting is free for eligible business numbers. Keep your current service active until we confirm the port.

Can staff use the system away from the office?
Yes. GoYap has mobile and desktop apps and can also be used in a browser. We will check compatibility with the devices your team uses.

Yes. Broadgate Voice provides Microsoft Teams calling, so staff can make and take external business calls alongside Teams chat, meetings and collaboration.
