We’ve had reports of an overnight issue in one of Business’s data centres. This issue is affecting some customers on Connect Broadband and other Broadband services. Technical teams are currently working on a resolution.
15/09/2020 – 15:38 – Update: Earlier we reported an issue regarding connectivity issue with Broadband. We can now confirm that the issue has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please ensure a router reboot is carried out and notify our support teams through the usual channels. |

15/10/2020 – 09.51 – Update: Earlier we reported as issue resolved. It has come to light that its still affecting some. Hence technical teams is looking into this and will continue to investigate and monitor the situation and update soon.
