Price Adjustment – Effective 1st Apr 2025

Dear Customer,

Broadgate remain committed to providing you with the highest quality service while maintaining transparency in our operations. However, since BT has raised wholesale prices by 6.4% according to their previous model, we find it necessary to implement a price adjustment. We have been able to absorb part of this increase, and as a result, our price increase will be 4.5%.

This will take effect on April 1, 2025.

Price Adjustment – Effective 1st Apr 2024

Dear Customer,

Every year, we adjust the prices of our products and services to be in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation as is set out in your terms.

What does this mean for you?

From April 2024, the monthly price of your bill will be increasing (Fixed and Usage). If you have joined us from January 2024, your price increase will be from April 2025.

This year’s RPI was published on 14 February 2024 and is 4.9%.

Price Adjustment – Effective 1st Apr 2023

Dear Customer,

Following numerous industry announcements highlighting the external market factors impacting global pricing and the recent industry-wide price increase across all providers, we have had to implement the price changes from 1st April 2023.

Broadgate absorbed the price increases that came into effect in the past, however, we have made the difficult decision to implement these price changes in response to the latest increases. This decision has not been taken lightly and is due to the increasing operating costs for the services.

Price Adjustment – Effective 1st Apr 2022

Dear Customer,

We would like to make you aware of an industry wide price change from 01/04/2022 across all providers.

Although we always try to absorb price changes within Broadgate as much as possible, unfortunately on this occasion we are having to pass on these increases.

Increase in the charges to take effect from the 1st of April 2022. There will be a fixed 8% increase across all monthly service fees including calls, and will apply to existing connections and future additional connections and tariff changes without exception.

Price Adjustment – Effective 1st Jun 2021

Dear Customer,

We would like to make you aware that there are industry wide price changes coming soon.

We’re adjusting the price of your services to keep them in line with the current Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation, as mentioned in the terms and conditions of your contract in clause 11.3

From 1st Jun 2021, Broadgate, will be adjusting the prices of some of our products and licenses by 10% (depending on Licensing type), to more accurately reflect the value users get from the service they use.

Until now, we’ve not passed on any price increase since 2017, even though our suppliers have continued to increase their prices to us annually. Broadgate has invested in developing a new platform since then, to bring you new features without any increase in price.

We endeavor to keep going with this agenda of excellent quality.
