The system has enough capacity for IP and legacy ports, and an expansion cabinet or activation key used primarily to allow more capacity for the system as required. Connecting to the Panasonic KX-NS1000 system is another option to create an enterprise, small or medium solution.

The KX-NS700 is capable of supporting a supervisor’s needs across call centres, such as Network Attached Storage (NAS) queue announcements, activity reports, live status monitoring, and automatic conversation recording.
